Lead Guest Instructor - Julia Fincher

My name is Julia Fincher. I was born and raised in Long Beach, California, and I have been living on Oahu since 2014.

My true yoga journey began in 2011, shortly after having my first child. I started “doing” yoga, originally for physical changes, balance, flexibility, and strength. Quickly it became a lifestyle change and dedication. I fell in love with the practice, and wanted to share yoga with everyone!

In 2014 I found my dear teacher, Lisa Asha Rapp with My Yoga Spirit and completed my 200hr YTT, on Oahu. I love being a student, so I continue to take workshops and take different styles of classes, to further my knowledge and deepen my practice.

In my classes I encourage students to be present and deeply tap into consciousness with body, mind and spirit. I love offering a lighthearted flow, allowing students to feel confident in their bodies and greet themselves with kindness, exactly where they are in that moment. My goal is to share my deep-rooted love, passion, and lifestyle of Yoga with my community.
