Supervised Programs
Our supervised programs encourage physical & spiritual growth, family enrichment, group unity and just plain fun. Programs can be structured to enhance retreats and conferences. Please contact our office for more information about the available programs. Participation in activies requires 10 day advance notice.

Activities that require a Camp instructor are charged at $TBD per hour. The number of participants depends upon activity chosen. With the beachfront, our swimming pool, other activity areas, and hiking trails nearby the environment at Camp Mokule`ia provides a wealth of opportunities for any group. Contact our program staff to insure that your group receives the maximum from their Camp Mokule`ia experience and you accomplish your goals for the retreat.

Group use of the Camp swimming pool is permitted only under the supervision of a certified lifeguard. This is also recommended but not required for ocean swimming. Lifeguards are available through the camp for $30 per hour and must be pre-arranged ahead of time. Groups may also provide their own lifeguard. Group lifeguards must have current certification and picture identification registered with the office prior to going on duty. Groups must also schedule swimming times with the office at least ten days in advance and confirm at arrival and check-in, with a copy of their activity schedule. Camp regulations also require at least one non-swimming adult for each 20 swimmers.

Registration Essentials
In order for Camp Mokule`ia to reserve a space for your group, you must complete a "Memo of Understanding" and submit an initial deposit of 20% of the estimated group expenses. Reservations are not confirmed until this form has been completed, signed, and returned to the office with your deposit. An additional payment of 50% of the group lodging cost is due 90 days prior to groups arrival date and the remaining 30% is due on arrival.

Ten days prior to arrival groups must provide a final meal count. Groups must also furnish camp a list of participants and a copy of their expected program on arrival.

Cancellations
The initial non-refundable deposit is forfeited, if the contract is canceled at any time. If a group reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, 40% of the group lodging cost is forfit as a cancellation penalty and will be held and/or payable to Camp Mokule`ia.
