Summer Camp
Camp Mokule'ia is located on the North Shore of O'ahu in Hawaii. The camp is owned by the Episcopal Church and runs interactive experiential learning programs for children ages 7 to 17 years old. The staff consists of 25 qualified counselors, area directors and a camp nurse in addition to year-round staff. Activities include oceanfront to mountain exploration with a wide array of other energy charged events. Daily chapel gives campers a chance to better understand God's creation and their relationship with God.

Campers are invited for one to seven weeks of programs aimed at building a positive self image, improving human relationships, appreciating and accepting responsibility for the environment: always keeping the accent on fun.
Camp Mokule'ia has been host to summers campers for the past 53 years and is fully accredited by the American Camping Association, which is your assurance of quality camping and safety for your youngsters. Our well trained and experienced staff work with your child on a 7 to 1 ratio, providing the unique opportunity of combining beautiful scenery with experiential learning in a Christian Community.

| General Camping |
Ages 7 - 13 |
| Campers spend one to six weeks in our facilities with two trained counselors per cabin unit. Campers can choose from a variety of activities which include: Archery, Reef exploration, Snorkeling, Land sports, Arts and Crafts, Instructional or Recreational Swimming, Drama and Dance, Outdoor living Skills, Low Challenge Ropes Course and much more. Our programs are designed to encourage campers to explore new horizons, meet new friends, be creative & enhance their sense of self esteem. |

| Day campers are campers who are local to Camp Mokule`ia and enjoy the same activities as general campers except they commute in for the day. Midday meals are provided. |

| Equestrian Program |

The cost for this program is an additional charge to the general camping rate.
Once again, we are offering an excellent equestrian program for campers who are interested in beginning horsemanship or would like to enhance their intermediate skills. Campers will participate in five, one hour group lessons each week. Space for this program is limited, so register early if you would like to reserve your place. |
| Leaders in Training |
Ages 14 - 15 |
| This is a program designed for youth interested in learning leadership skills. LIT's will go through our CHALLENGE ROPES COURSE, take special field trips, experience a service project and participate in the general camp programs with an opportunity to lead activities. This program has limited space. |

| Counselors in Training |
Ages 16 - 17 |
| This program is structured to identify and develop a participant's leadership skills for possible future counseling positions. CIT's will be encouraged to take on responsibilities while being supervised by our staff. The CIT program is a natural stepping stone for future employment as a counselor. This program is always fun and educational for all who are involved. |

There is typically a $25.00 discount for campers who pay tuition by May and a $10.00 discount for each additional week of camp attended
Things to Know
Accommodations
Camp Mokule'ia is located on Oahu's beautiful North Shore. Our six, bunk bed style cabins which house twelve to nineteen campers each, have 2 to 3 bedrooms and full bathroom facilities. Campers are assigned to cabins according to age, we make every effort (but can't guarantee) to accommodate special requests. Overall we have space for 104 campers per session.
Camperships and Financial Aid
If a camper has difficulty coming to camp for financial reasons, we provide a solution. Full and partial Camperships are available. There is a $50.00 deposit required for each session (deposit will be refunded if campership is denied). Please check the campership space on the bottom of the application form and information will be mailed to you. Because of limited funds, campership are available for one session only. Make sure that your application is in before June 10th - our first consideration date.
Included Services
Food, lodging, 24 hour supervision, programming supplies, transportation on excursions, Camp T- shirt and limited trips to the Camp Store.
Weekend "Stayovers"
The maximum stay at camp is seven sessions. The cost for staying over between each session is $50.00. This includes the average daily rate plus extra store chits. This option is only available to campers who live off island and L.I.T's.
Arrival and Departure
Check-In time for all sessions is Sunday at 3:PM. The Aloha program is a time for family and friends to visit and see skits and songs preformed by campers and staff. Aloha program for all sessions is Saturday at 10:30.
